When you contact us by phone, email, WeChat or our enquiry form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and the details of the electrical work you're enquiring about. We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and carry out electrical work, and keep records of the jobs we do. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Sharing your information

We don't share your personal information with third parties except where it's necessary to carry out the work you've requested, or where we're required to by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access and correction

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it's wrong. Contact us using the details below.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies are on by default. We use them to count page visits and understand how website content is used. Your choice is saved in this browser. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to reject analytics or change your choice. Rejecting disables analytics, clears Google Analytics cookies set by this site, and stays in effect on later visits.

Page-view events send this site’s origin and path with a blank referrer; query strings, fragments and quote-form contents are excluded. The static page title is sent. Google Analytics may process standard browser, device, session and approximate-location data, including outside New Zealand. We do not send phone, email or map clicks. Google Signals and ad-personalisation features remain off. Rejecting does not erase data Google already received.
